Key Responsibilities:

Lifting Operations:

Develop, review, and approve lifting plans and risk assessments for all lifting activities. Ensure cranes, lifting gear, and rigging equipment are properly certified, maintained, and inspected before use. Supervise lifting operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and approved procedures. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and equipment vendors for lifting-related activities. Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings with rigging and crane teams. Verify crane load charts, ground conditions, and lifting configurations before operations. Investigate and report any lifting incidents or near misses, and implement corrective actions.

Safety Supervision

Support the Site EHS Manager in implementing and enforcing the site’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management plan. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify unsafe acts, conditions, or non-compliance. Provide safety inductions and training for workers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Thai Occupational Safety laws and company safety standards. Monitor critical activities such as working at height, confined space entry, and heavy equipment operation. Prepare daily safety reports, inspection records, and incident logs. Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in site safety performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. Qualified Lifting Supervisor / Appointed Person certification (recognized by relevant Thai or international authority).

Skills: Ability to speak, read and write English and Thai. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively in team environment. Highly organized and adaptable, with exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and planning capabilities. Strong time management skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Excellent technical and analytical skills. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Additional Considerations: Ability to work independently Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Highly self-driven Positive working attitude Willingness to learn Willingness to travel and station at construction site (Chonburi area) and work occasional overtime as required. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
