Residential Services Coordinators (RSC) oversee multiple homes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.  Provides oversight and support to Residential Managers by planning, coordinating, supporting and promoting a positive atmosphere.

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?

• Provide direct supervision and evaluation of assigned Residential Managers.
• Work to assure each Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) is within program budget, as well as state and federal regulations. 
• Promote cooperation and successful interactions by maintaining open and positive communication with people receiving services, family members, and other service providers.
• Use various software platforms for specific job functions.
• Working in a team environment.

 QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or human services field preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience within the OPWDD purview.
• Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
