Pay Range: $69,000.00 - $79,000.00 annually
Hours Available: Flexible Schedule [8:00am-4:30pm]

We offer a Flexible 8:00am to 4:30pm schedule for our Transitional Residential Setting Registered Nurse position located in Port Henry, NY
What you get to do: Includes but is not limited to the following.
Coordinate heath care with community medical providers, including primary care physicians and specialists
Provide medication oversight to staff administering medication to clients.
Fulfill job duties in the community (e.g., homes, schools, hospitals, outpatient treatment locations) during the stat-up phase of the Transitional Residence Setting, and in both the Critical Tiem Intervention (CTI) and Transitional Residence Setting once fully operational.
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) NY State License required.
Psychiatric Nursing and experience with youth and families in a community setting preferred.
