The role will also focus on improving CI test signal and partnering with engineers to document testing strategies that make features more testable and resilient. • Help define what “doneˮ means: test plans, coverage, and release checks.

What you’ll learn and experience:

  • Real ownership of a test suite that ships to production.
  • Mentorship on automation patterns, debugging, and CI reliability.
  • A clear output: measurable increases in coverage and fewer regressions.

  • Strong attention to detail, with a thoughtful approach to investigating and resolving flaky test failures.

What would really make you stand out:

  • CI experience (GitHub Actions or similar)
  • SQL basics and comfort working with relational data.
