As a Remote Associate Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.</p> <p>We are currently accepting the following license type: <strong>Supervisee in Social Work (SSW)</strong>. <strong>Supervision is FREE to all associates who meet our caseload requirements.</strong></p> <p><strong>At this time, we're primarily seeking clinicians who have completed between 500-2,500 supervision hours.</strong></p> <p class="p3"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide&nbsp;<span class="s1">evidence-based teletherapy</span> to K-12 students district partnerships</li> <li>Build&nbsp;<span class="s1">trusted relationships</span> with students and their families.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with&nbsp;<span class="s1">school counselors and other providers</span> to support student mental health.</li> <li>Provide&nbsp;<span class="s1">psychoeducation</span> and guidance to parents/caregivers.</li> <li>Participate in&nbsp;case consultations, team discussions, and ongoing training<span class="s2">.</span></li> <li>Contribute to the development and refinement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs<span class="s2">.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <ul> <li><span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="0"><strong>Excellent Pay:</strong> </span>We offer <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="2">$35 per session</span> for individual therapy (Ages 10-19) and <span class="notion-enable-hover" data-token-index="4">$45 per session</span> for family therapy (Ages 5-12), with guaranteed payment for late cancellations and no-shows.</li> <li class="p2"><span class="s1">Qualify for&nbsp;<strong>FREE&nbsp;</strong><strong>Supervision</strong> with a Daybreak assigned supervisor under our specialized associate program.&nbsp;</span></li> <li class="p2">Fully remote role.</li> <li class="p2"><span class="s1">Availability for at least <strong>15 hours weekly</strong> during peak hours (Monday-Friday, 2-8 PM), with optional weekend hours available (8 AM-5 PM).</span></li> <li class="p2">Join a supportive team with ongoing professional development opportunities.</li> <li class="p2">Be part of a mission-driven organization making a difference in students’ lives.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Our Therapists Are Saying...</strong></p> <p><em>"As we learn, we’re teaching each other.
