Objetivo
Dirigir y coordinar al equipo de operativo asegurando el cumplimiento de los programas de produccion, estándares de calidad, productividad, garantizar el cumplimiento de metas y objetivos estrategicos así como las políticas.
Disponibilidad de trabajar 3 turnos rotativos de Lunes a Sabado
Actividades:
- Programar y controlar las operaciones diarias de producción para cumplir con los plazos establecidos, optimizando el uso de recursos y minimizando el desperdicio.
- Supervisar el mantenimiento de equipos y maquinaria, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo seguro y cumpliendo con las normativas de seguridad industrial.
- Identificar y solucionar problemas que afecten la producción, ya sea en el proceso, maquinaria, o el personal, para minimizar las interrupciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento a nuestro estandar de seguridad en planta, a fin de evitar accidentes o riesgos de trabajo durante la operación.
- Capacitar y entrenar al personal a cargo, a fin de asegurar la operación eficiente y segura en las plantas de manufactura además de asegurar la permanenecia del talento humano.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento a nuestros sistemas de calidad e inocuidad (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000).
- Acompañar las auditorías internas en tiempo y forma, Así como dar seguimiento oportuno a la verificación de los hallazgos que se hayan levantado al proceso auditado y a su área de trabajo.
Escolaridad: IIA, IQ, Ing. Alimentos ,Carreras a fin terminada
Experiencia
- 3 años en el puesto como supervisor
- Experiencia en plantas de alimento
Conocimientos
- Lean Manufacturing
- ISO 9001
- FSSC22000
- SAP
