DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple (5-6) Dialysis sites located at Skilled Nursing Facilities we partner with. They provide leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster positive teammate relations. The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor`s preferred

• Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and directly managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred

• Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

• Preferred but not required: RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions

• Experience with Budget and PnL management, staffing, building relationships and hands-on managing day-to-day Operations.
