What we're looking for?
We are seeking a mid-level associate with at least three years of experience in commercial litigation to join our Los Angeles team. You should be comfortable managing cases, drafting and researching for pleadings and contested motions, taking depositions, and arguing motions. A proven track record in complex litigation, particularly in areas like consumer class actions, business litigation, trademark, or trade secrets, is highly preferred.
What you'll do:
- Manage commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.
- Draft and research pleadings, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and class certification briefings.
- Conduct and defend depositions, and propound and respond to written discovery.
- Argue motions in court and represent clients with excellent oral advocacy.
- Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Uphold a relentless commitment to client service in a collegial, team-oriented environment.
