We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Account Management: Oversee general ledger activities, including entries, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Client Billing: Prepare monthly client invoices based on key revenue drivers and pass‑through expenses.

Expense Management: Review, approve, and sync credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements.

Fixed Asset Management: Maintain and manage the fixed asset register, including updates for additions, disposals, and depreciation.

Audit Coordination: Work with external auditors by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit inquiries.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to financial reporting.

Additional Responsibilities: Support other tasks and duties as needed to ensure smooth finance operations.
Skills, knowledge & expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-5 years’ experience in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
- Ability to meet established deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficient with Sage Intacct, Ramp, ADP software a plus
