As a Club Concierge, you are the face and heartbeat of the club floor. Your role is to elevate the member experience every day by engaging with members, resolving issues quickly and confidently, and driving participation in all aspects of club life. You’ll bring the David Lloyd Clubs experience to life through exceptional service, proactive communication, and genuine care for every member interaction
You will bring the DL Clubs ethos to life through warm, proactive, and solution-focused member engagement. Ensure every member leaves the club feeling valued and supported, you will also spend your time on the floor connecting with members: answering questions, resolving concerns, and building strong relationships that enhance satisfaction and loyalty

About you:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using data systems and digital tools
Confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with others
Passionate about hospitality, service, and creating memorable experiences
Active listener and effective problem-solver
A collaborative team player who brings energy, positivity, and initiative

What you'll do
- The Club Concierge acts as the face of the club, responsible for elevating the member experience daily through engagement, quick issue resolution, and driving participation in club activities. This role ensures members feel valued and supported by connecting with them on the floor, answering questions, and building strong, satisfying relationships.
