The Club Room is the hub of our clubs where our members expect quality, healthy meals and exceptional service in a comfortable environment where they can work, relax or socialise with friends and family.  

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist in managing a team within our indoor and outdoor operation which will include managing events such as summer BBQs, quiz nights, and other activities!

About you

As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, we are looking for someone who is: 

  • A self-motivated individual who will take pride in delivering great quality food and exceptional service to our members 
  • A strong team player with collaboration skills 
  • Has experience leading a team (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
