Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end assessment of purge and archiving requirements for PeopleSoft Financials, Campus Solutions, and HCM.
- Analyze current data volume, retention policies, system performance, and compliance obligations.
- Develop a comprehensive purge and archiving architecture and roadmap.
- Identify data dependencies, high-risk areas, and integration points across modules.
- Provide guidance on PeopleSoft data structures, tables, archiving methods, and delivered tools.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Prepare detailed design documents, assessment reports, solution alternatives, and implementation recommendations.
