The Marketing Manager will be a hands-on, strategic generalist responsible for planning and executing digital marketing programs, integrated campaigns, and lead generation initiatives that support Promera’s growth objectives. This role works closely with sales, operations, and leadership to build awareness, generate qualified leads, and support customer acquisition and retention.

What you’ll work on
Digital Marketing
Manage Promera’s digital marketing efforts including email marketing and organic social
Partner with a third party for website optimization and paid media
Manage marketing automation and CRM integration to support lead capture, scoring, and nurturing
Campaign Development
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities, industry events, and sales initiatives
Develop campaign messaging, timelines, and asset requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Support brand consistency across all campaigns and channels
Lead Generation and Growth Marketing
Design and implement lead generation strategies targeting enterprise and technical decision-makers
Partner with sales to align on target accounts, lead quality, and pipeline goals
Support account-based marketing initiatives where appropriate
Support product or service launches, events, and promotional initiatives
Content and Messaging Support
Collaborate on the creation of marketing content, including case studies, landing pages, email copy, and proposal/presentation materials
Ensure messaging clearly communicates Promera’s value proposition and technical expertise
Create and manage internal communications content, including announcements, presentations to support alignment and change initiatives
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions, etc.)
Use data and insights to recommend improvements and inform future marketing strategies
Role Requirements & PerksQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
5 plus years of marketing experience, preferably in a service-based or B2B organization
Strong experience with digital marketing, integrated campaigns, and lead generation tactics
Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
Curiosity about incorporating technology and learning new AI/automation tools
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills
