Shifts Available:
Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm
Responsibilities & Essential Duties:
- Review specifications to determine page or sheet size
- Measure from the edge of sheet using scale to determine cutting positions
- Enter cutting positions in proper order into computer memory
- Remove sheets of printed paper stack from the load and insert them on the cutting machine
- Align sheets against the cutter guide in preparation for cutting.
- Examine cut material for any defects
- Remove cut material from the cutter bed and stack it on pallets for shipment
- Record job information on load tags and timesheets
- Perform basic math calculations
- Change knives and lubricate as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent years of industry experience
- Must be able to read and understand instructions, both verbal and written
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Basic computer skills required
