Overview
Offering wages starting at $21 up to $29 based on experience. Eligible for $5,000 Sign On -Retention Bonus. Variable shits available- Days, Evenings, Nights & Weekends.When appropriate, our standard differentials are 10% for the evening shift, 20% for the night shift, and 15% for weekends.
The Central Sterile Preprocessing Departnent is responsible for the primary decontamination, and assembly, of all surgical instrumentation and supplies. We are currently offering a Sign-on-Retention bonus for part-time 20 - 29 hours and full-time 30 - 40 hours positions! For part-time positions: we are offering a $2500 sign-on retention bonus for this position. For full-time positions: we are offering a $5000 sign-on retention bonus for this position.
The bonus is available for external hires only or current D-H employees moving to a 20 - 40 hour per week position from a per diem role and certain conditions apply.

Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Prior CSR experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- Certified Sterile Processing Manager (CSPM) or Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist (CSIS) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPD) or Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician (CASSPT) or Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor (CFER) within 2 years of hire date.

What you'll do
- The Sterile Processing Technician conducts quality control checks on surgical instrumentation and assembles kits and packages according to specifications. They also communicate concerns regarding instrumentation and assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the department.
