The Department of Emergency Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team of dedicated Emergency Physicians. In this role, you would provide clinical care at one of the community hospitals in the Dartmouth Health system as well as at DHMC, the academic hub for Dartmouth Health and a Level I Trauma Center.
In addition to direct patient care, responsibilities include supervision and teaching of house-staff, medical students, off-service residents and Emergency Medicine residents. The position carries a faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with experience.
The ideal applicant will have established themselves as successful academic physicians as demonstrated by program development and/or research funding, but all applications will be considered. Our targeted areas of expertise include Pediatric Emergency Medicine, Toxicology, Wilderness Medicine, Ultrasound and Research.
