Overview

The Inventory Shipping Clerk II will support inventory accuracy, materials movement, and warehouse operations across multiple yard locations. This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work independently in both office and field settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Manage the transfer inbox, coordinating emails from multiple vendors across various yards

• Enter all inbound and outbound material movements into SAP

• Record lease‑to‑lease material movements accurately and promptly

• Create purchase requisitions for inventory purchases as needed

• Collaborate closely with SCM buyers and operations teams regarding on‑hand inventory

• Apply company environmental, health, and safety policies and principles

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines including SOX and COPAS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
• Experience in Materials Management
• Experience with SAP within the Oil & Gas industry
• Strong analytical, computer (MS Office), and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to work independently in office and field environments
• Flexibility to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic, multi‑task, customer‑focused environment
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements, including background check, drug screening, and MVR (clean driving record).
