WHAT WE OFFER
- Base Pay: $800–$1,000 per week (based on experience and license type)
- $50/day Per Diem for days traveling

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Transportation & Compliance
- Safely operate CDL or Non-CDL trucks and vans transporting equipment to and from events
- Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly
- Plan routes efficiently for timely and compliant travel
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and always DOT medical certificate
- Comply with all FMCSA/DOT and company safety regulations
- Keep truck interior and exterior clean, organized, and show-ready
On-Site Setup & Installation
- Safely operate company box trucks or semis transporting event equipment nationwide
- Unload, stage, and assemble production equipment including:
- Marley flooring
- Audio/visual and sound systems
- Lighting, projection screens, and TV monitors
- Branded backdrops, signage, fixtures, and merchandise displays
- Troubleshoot and support basic AV or lighting setups
- Communicate clearly with warehouse and production staff
- Work independently and efficiently in fast-paced show environments
- Participate in event teardown (“strike”) and reload all equipment safely
Work Environment
- Regular travel and overnight stays required during January – August tour season.
- Physically active role requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
- Exposure to warehouse, stage, and loading-dock environments.
- Fast-paced work cycles aligned with live-event schedules.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- MUST be 21 years of age or older
- Must live within a 60-mile radius of Dayton, OH
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL or Non-CDL Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card)
- Experience driving large vehicles preferred — willing to train
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. or more and perform physical labor
- Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday event cycles)
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and accountability
