WHAT WE OFFER
  • Base Pay: $800–$1,000 per week (based on experience and license type)
  • $50/day Per Diem for days traveling

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Transportation & Compliance
  • Safely operate CDL or Non-CDL trucks and vans transporting equipment to and from events
  • Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report maintenance issues promptly
  • Plan routes efficiently for timely and compliant travel
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and always DOT medical certificate
  • Comply with all FMCSA/DOT and company safety regulations
  • Keep truck interior and exterior clean, organized, and show-ready
 
On-Site Setup & Installation
  • Safely operate company box trucks or semis transporting event equipment nationwide
  • Unload, stage, and assemble production equipment including:
    • Marley flooring
    • Audio/visual and sound systems
    • Lighting, projection screens, and TV monitors
    • Branded backdrops, signage, fixtures, and merchandise displays
  • Troubleshoot and support basic AV or lighting setups
  • Communicate clearly with warehouse and production staff
  • Work independently and efficiently in fast-paced show environments
  • Participate in event teardown (“strike”) and reload all equipment safely

Work Environment
  • Regular travel and overnight stays required during January – August tour season.
  • Physically active role requiring standing, bending, and lifting.
  • Exposure to warehouse, stage, and loading-dock environments.
  • Fast-paced work cycles aligned with live-event schedules.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
 
  • MUST be 21 years of age or older
  • Must live within a 60-mile radius of Dayton, OH
  • Valid Driver’s License (CDL or Non-CDL Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card)
  • Experience driving large vehicles preferred — willing to train
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. or more and perform physical labor
  • Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday event cycles)
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and accountability
