✨ Join Our Team as a Lead Security Officer! ✨

Friendship Village Tempe is looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Security Officer to help keep our community safe, secure, and running smoothly!

 

✨ Pay: $21.25-$23.38 based on experience
✨ Schedule: 2:00pm-10:30pm Sunday-Thursday

 

✨ What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and assist Security Officers on your shift—provide guidance, training, and support.
  • Patrol Village buildings and grounds to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Oversee security procedures, document incidents, and ensure proper reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, and staff while maintaining professionalism.
  • Issue and track security equipment, and monitor for policy compliance.
  • Foster teamwork and a culture of hospitality and respect across the department.
  • Be ready to perform janitorial or light maintenance duties if needed.

✨ What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License (clean record required)
  • Experience in security, supervision, or public safety—leadership experience is a plus!
  • Sound judgment, strong communication, and basic computer skills
  • Must have or obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
