职责目的Position Objectives：

      Design of new products, revise existing drawings.  Evaluate technique data, specifications and cost for new enquiries; Ensure new product can meet requirements at quality, environment and safety. 

       新产品开发，图纸更新修改。评估产品技术参数，技术规格和成本分析。确保新产品满足在品质，环境和安全方面的要求。

2、主要职责Key Responsibilities：

• According to the requirement from customer, design and create new drawings for production or quotation. Preparing technique documentations for orders on time.

       按照客户需要设计和绘制用于生产和报价的新图纸。按时限要求完成用于订单的技术文件。

• Assist process department to Process and evaluate technique related problem during production;

协助处理和评估生产相关的技术问题。

• According to manufacturing order or technique documentations from customer; According to relevant design procedure create designing documents.

按照生产订单和来自客户技术文件，遵照相关设计规范，编制设计文件；

• According to drawings and docs handling any kinds of product design problem during process and production;

按照图纸和技术文件处理生产和过程中的任何产品设计问题。

• According to drawings and docs handling any kinds of technical problem during purchase and outsourcing.

按照客户提供的图纸和技术文件处理采购和采购过程中的任何技术问题

• Under instruction of Engineering or section managers perform technical support to sales department.

完成技术部或部门领导分配的面向销售部技术支持工作

• Performed other jobs assigned by section manager or team leader.

完成部门领导和技术部门领导分配的其他工作。

• Under Leadership of EHS department, during process of design and product development, check materials and processes to meet requirements of EHS. Analysis and recognize risk factors and raise countermeasures.

在EHS 领导之下，在设计和产品开发过程中检查材料和过程符合EHS的要求。分析并识别风险因素，    并给出应对措施。

• Meet annual P4G and D4G goals.

4、任职资格Position Qualification Requirement：

• 专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical.

本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业

• 相关工作经验Relevant Experience

- Above 10 years design experience in mechanical.

10年以上相关产品设计工作经验

• 语言技能Language Skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

较好的英语听说读写能力

• 其它要求Other Requirements

- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirits, the capability for analysis, strong sense of responsibility.

具备较强的逻辑思维能力，较好的沟通、协调和分析能力，富有团队合作精神，责任心强；
