The Cell Leader at Presto department, automated production of aseptic connectors, is responsible for the correct and timely handling of various orders, activities and machines. As a cooperating foreman, you do this by distributing the workload among you colleagues and keeping and eye on the SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity) indicators. Maintaining machine quality, output and uptime. First in line to solve any machine problems. Performing machine maintenance, adjusting where required, and escalating issues when necessary.

This position (32 - 40 hrs) is part of the Presto department located in Medemblik and will be on-site. You and your team (5 FTE) work in a cleanroom environment. What will you do:

• Review order documentation and prepare worktables and production lines. Distribute work effectively among team members based on order requirements and participate in projects.
• Ensure a smooth-running production process by, among other things, upholding machine quality and continuity. Meeting SQDIP goals.
• Monitors and ensures compliance with procedures, regulations, instructions and rules.
• Acts as a cooperating foreman within the team.
• Supervises, instructs, coaches, employees and ensures correct training of (new) employees.

Requirements for the job:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• MBO work and thinking level.
• Experience with production machinery and technical troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Microsoft office software and generally data driven.
• People management and communication skills are highly valued.
