The Senior Analyst, Information Security is responsible for strengthening and advancing the protection of digital assets and sensitive data against evolving cyber threats.

The Senior Analyst will lead security monitoring, incident response, and risk management efforts while mentoring junior analysts. They will partner with business and IT leaders to design and implement effective security measures, ensure compliance with industry standards, and proactively anticipate and mitigate threats. This position requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Lead investigations of complex security incidents, determining root cause, impact, and remediation actions.

· Serve as an escalation point for junior analysts during incident response activities.

· Oversee continuous monitoring of security events, ensuring timely detection and response aligned to organizational SLAs.

· Lead and coordinate security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives for intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, NGFW, and related technologies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• · 5+ years of experience in security operations, incident response, or related cybersecurity role.

  · Demonstrated expertise with enterprise security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management).

  · Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat intelligence.

  · Experience leading incident investigations and providing executive-level reporting.

  · Proven ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – international travel up to 10% per year.

It would be a plus if you also possess the following:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

· Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CASP+, or equivalent
