I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES: Be responsible for the life science sales business in the assigned area.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsibility Measure of performance

  • Responsible for sales and application for all life science products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target customers and dealers. Complete customer call reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Identify Customer expectations with regard to product performance, delivery times, service needs & training and transfer / coordinate the relevant information with internal departments in order to deliver optimal solutions to the market.
  • Continuously enter up-to-date information into the iCRM database in order to provide a sound basis for activity planning.
  • Plan and deliver special projects as requested by the direct supervisor in order to address specific tactical and/or strategic business needs.
  • Supply information on Market share development, competitor’s activities, trends and market developments in geographic region of responsibility to Sales Management and Marketing.
  • Conduct product installations and customer operational training including trouble shooting in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.

III. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
a)Professional Experience
•With no less than 3 years working experience in selling instrument in life science industry; imaging and microscopy knowledge is highly preferred.
b)Education
•University graduated or higher degree in Life science / Biology / Medicine or equivalent.
c) Language
•Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
d) Travel (required estimated % of time)
•50%

•Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
•Good team player, reliable and disciplined.
•Good English and computer skills.
•Willing to travel.
