The PPC Specialist role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. This position will also explore and manage new advertising channels to drive growth and enhance customer experience.

This position is part of the Global Strategic Marketing team and will be located remotely in Mumbai, India and will be working UK hours.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Build, manage, and execute the Google Ads PPC/Display digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation, brand awareness/engagement, and accelerate top-of-funnel pipeline growth through a mix of channels including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine campaign targeting.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Leverage GA4 and other analytics tools to track user behavior, attribution, and conversion paths, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Prepare detailed monthly reports showing trends, ad performance, and actionable insights, including GA4 data analysis, to inform recommendations for campaign spend and content adjustments.
• Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and paid advertising metrics.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and social media software.
• Excellent knowledge of PPC channels.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including event tracking, custom reports, and audience segmentation.
• Demonstrated analytical ability to create and improve marketing campaigns/digital assets and optimize efforts (metrics-driven).
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented to plan and manage the execution of content and campaign strategies, and able to maintain and manage a calendar of regular reports and ongoing requests.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Experience using a CRM System (SFDC Preferred).
• Experience with advanced GA4 features such as conversion modeling, attribution analysis, and integration with Google Ads.
• Technical skills in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event tracking and conversion setup.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau for creating dashboards.
• Familiarity with UTM tagging and campaign tracking best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
