Job Title: Quality Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various inspection and testing processes. Your expertise in quality management and control will be crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Duties:
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Perform data collection and analysis to monitor product quality trends
- Utilize various tools and equipment such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to measure product dimensions and ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality records, including inspection reports and test results
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Proficient in conducting quality audits and inspections
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality control techniques and methodologies
- Experience using measurement tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or non-conformities
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation of quality records
- Understanding of FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines
