As a Scrum Master - Telematics, you will be a servant leader and Agile champion, responsible for enabling a high performing, cross functional team to deliver value efficiently and predictably. You will guide teams in embracing Agile and Scrum principles, foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement, and remove impediments that limit team effectiveness. Working closely with stakeholders, Domain Experts and Regional Coaches, and multiple delivery teams, you will play a critical role in DTNA’s Agile transformation and execution excellence.Posting Information

Serve as Scrum Master for telematics, ensuring consistent and effective execution of Scrum practices.
Facilitate all Scrum events including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Guide teams in understanding and applying Agile and Scrum principles, values, and best practices.
Remove obstacles and actively protect the team from external disruptions to maintain focus and flow.
Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication between telematics team and stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement by identifying and driving enhancements in processes, tools, team interactions, and ways of working.
Collaborate closely with Domain Experts and leadership to ensure alignment and coherent progress across transformation initiatives.
Maintain daily engagement with teams to monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery health.
Identify and escalate risks, impediments, and organizational challenges as needed while proposing actionable solutions.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, 3+ years of relevant experience.
Hands‑on experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Good understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and servant leadership.
Proven ability to facilitate meetings and guide groups toward productive outcomes.
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational levels.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
Experience supporting Agile transformation initiatives in large or complex organizations.
Prior experience working with distributed or global teams
