Objective of the position:

Organizes and performs support functions for the Saltillo Plant Management, based on procedures and priorities of the immediate boss in order to contribute to the compliance of administrative processes and facilitate the communication with the organization external and internal, and contribute to continuous improvement in operations.

Main Functions:

  • Coordinate the Plant Director’s agenda according to strategic and operational priorities and schedule appointments or meetings with different areas of the company and at the same time facilitate the organization of the Plant Management.
  • Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates executive visits to DTNA plants, clients, and suppliers, ensuring end‑to‑end logistics for transfers and lodging. Supports the Plant Director in planning, facilitating, and executing strategy workshops and special projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and consistent follow‑up on action items.
  • Provide support in the creation of executive presentations for the Plant Director, ensuring clear, impactful, and professional communication of key messages and results.
  • Managed budgets, cost centers, KPIs, reports, procurement processes and supplier performance to support operational excellence and project delivery. As well the verification of expenses in the concur system, complying with the travel policy of the Plant Director and other directors and managers.
  • Facilitate decision‑making by preparing clear summaries, action plans, and insights for leadership
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Truck Operations System, applying LEAN/Kaizen/PDCA methodologies and Identify improvement opportunities, standardize processes, and develop workflows, visual guides, and best‑practice documentation.
