What you Drive at DTNA:

The SVP of On-Highway Sales and Marketing is recruiting for their OpCom Support Manager. The role of the On-Highway Sales & Marketing Support Manager is to act as chief of staff and assist with the day to day operation of the department.

  • Provide support to Senior VP On-Highway Sales and Marketing in the operation of the department.

  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the Senior VP On-Highway Sales and Marketing and the executive leadership team to facilitate effective decision making.

  • Lead, organize, and support Sales & Marketing events, including but not limited to dealer and customer events, industry events, leadership meetings, town halls and media events.

  • Coordinate and/or prepare strategic messaging including presentations and written communication.

  • Prepare, maintain, and assist in the follow-up of action items assigned by SVP On-Highway Sales and Marketing to Direct Report team and other cross-functional interfaces.

  • Manage and lead preparation for Senior VP’s meetings including staff/operational meetings, leadership meetings, and dealer & customer meetings.

  • Coordinate required documentation and follow-up to ensure timely completion of all activities related to compliance, antitrust, and corporate audit actions.

  • Work closely with the OpCom Support Manager team to prepare for upcoming OpCom meetings including presentation preparation, topic pipeline alignment, and strategic prioritization.

  • Lead special projects and participate in DTNA-wide initiatives, as assigned.

  • Coordinate and Support event and project management with SVP of Sales' office including the Executive Assistant and the Events Management Specialist.

  • Communicate key business information to the Sales & Marketing leadership team.

  • Contact dealers and customers for coordination activities and/or follow-up on business topics/questions.

Knowledge You Should Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college and 8 years of related experience is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to create and drive strategies, work independently, and simultaneously manage multiple, changing priorities.

  • Strong business acumen in order to understand, prioritize, and act on the many requests received.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence situations where no formal authority exists.

  • Proven ability to organize highly complex topics - Excellent organizational skills and written and oral communication skills (different languages, cultures, functions).

  • Ability to handle confidential and potentially sensitive information.

  • An attached resume is required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have:

  • Experience in On-Hwy or Vocational Sales as well as cross-functional experience in Engineering, Aftermarket, Logistics, or Operations.
