Collections Agent

Agente de Cobranza

Objetivo:
Gestionar la cobranza que le sea asignada para reducir o eliminar la cartera vencida
Realizar las aclaraciones como siniestros, reestructuras, extensiones, daciones, etc., hasta dejar la cuenta current.
Negociar y cobrar intereses moratorios generados o por generarse.

Actividades:

  • Recuperar pagos vencidos con los clientes vía telefónica y correo electrónico. Negociar soluciones de pago en cuentas con cartera vencida cuando el cliente no puede pagar de inmediato (como extensiones, reestructuras, calendario de pagos o cambios de fecha.

  • Realizar aclaraciones y seguimiento de siniestros, conciliaciones, negociar soluciones de pagos por medio de extensiones, reestructuras y daciones.

  • Cliente ilocalizable se deberá asegurar de realizar la búsqueda en todos los sistemas existentes, así como información de buró de crédito. En el sistema y deberá actualizar la información del cliente en la carátula y en la bitácora.

  • Realizar llamadas y atender llamadas de entrada cumpliendo con el servicio al cliente interno y externo, así como las distribuidoras (DSI y CSI).

  • Realizar el cobro de intereses moratorios, así como la aplicación de los mismos en el sistema correspondiente y depuración de saldos a favor.

Conocimientos

  • Licenciatura Económico Administrativo o en proceso.
  • Inglés- Intermedio-Avanzado

Experiencia

  • Experiencia en atención a clientes y/o cobranza vía telefónica y de campo, así como en actividades administrativas relacionadas al otorgamiento, documentación o recuperación de crédito
