Production Engineer (microchannel area) (M/K)

Responsibilities: 

• Organization of the production process (process definition, process parameterization, standardization)
• Developing improvement projects and proposing new solutions to optimize the production process/technology
• Creating & managing process documentation (work standards, job instructions, and procedures)
• Participation in designing processes for production lines, implementing new technologies, making changes to processes and products, and selecting tools.
• Participating in machine acceptances, new launches, and transfers of production lines
• Analyzing reports and production data
• Coordination of process changes (communicating all changes in production processes to the relevant teams and ensuring their smooth implementation)
• Reporting (preparing reports on production results, downtime, and efficiency)
• Lean Manufacturing (implementing and adhering to Lean Manufacturing rules such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 6S to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and increase production stability)
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Work with other teams to achieve common goals and continuously raise production standards
• Ability to propose solutions to problems based on problem finding abilities & to plan and execute assigned tasks on their own
• Consider specifications for automated equipment with suppliers and set it up
• Create prototype products. Provide input from the production department to the design inside.  

Requirements: 

• Higher education (technical university level)

• 3 years of experience in a similar position

• English language is must (C1 level) 

• MS Office

• Group B Driving licence

• SAP
• PLC programming
• IT networks
• 2D & 3D documentation design
