We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Roadshow Coordinator Intern to join our dynamic Corporate Events Team. Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid 

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May–August 2026

What you will do:  

•  Participate in planning calls with internal teams and representatives to understand event goals and enhance the roadshow experience
• Schedule and track presenter certifications to ensure readiness for each event
• Update marketing materials on the sales portal to provide representatives with effective planning resources
• Help optimize Smartsheet project management system to track and communicate event details
• Develop a basic understanding of Daikin’s products and solutions to effectively support the roadshow initiative

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Sophomore currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Graphic Design, Project Management or Communications
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reside within a 300-mile radius of our Plymouth, MN office
• Experience in Photoshop or Illustrator
• Exposure to project management platforms such as Smartsheet and/or marketing platforms such as Constant Contact

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $21/hr - $24/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
