Job title of the line manager: Team Leader or Maintenance Manager Job title of the functional manager (if any): Responsibilities: To contribute to the definition, specification, implementation monitoring and acceptance of manufacturing infrastructures and resources; to guarantee the smooth operation of production resources and provide preventive operational maintenance. To define the associated implementation and maintenance policies.

Scope of Activities

To carry out some or all of the following activities: 

• Contribute to the process of defining manufacturing infrastructures and resources, the associated technical descriptions, and the expression of the associated maintenance needs (inspection, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance) as they relate to methods, resources and procedures, working in conjunction with specialists in the technologies concerned
• Prepare pre-projects, technical specifications, outcome requirements, estimates, schedules, and acceptance plans and programs
• Work alongside Procurement to contribute to the preparation of contract bid invitations and the award of contracts
• Estimate the maintenance budget
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in full compliance with lead times and safety rules
• Supervise or provide project management and monitor the progress of the work (completion, organization of acceptance, qualifications and follow-ups); creation of WOs in the CMMS, technical reports of work carried out and removals of components
• Organize and ensure the smooth operation of preventive maintenance of infrastructures and production resources
• Manage subcontractors
• Update the associated documentation (following up on technical events and configurations)
• Contribute to preparing capital expenditure plans
• Contribute to quality assurance, inspection and quality management actions

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

 The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
