YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You develop processes and efficiency improvement measures which you analyze and optimize according to MTM / REFA /STV
• You are responsible for Standard Line Balancing for Airbus and apply lean management techniques
• You monitor derived measures after implementation in the ongoing process
• You moderate workshops, and are the focal point to all stakeholders
• You prepare your results and present them to the management

YOUR PROFILE

• You successfully completed your engineering studies with a focus on aviation, industrial or manufacturing engineering
• You possess 3-5 years of professional experience in the aviation industry in a similar position
• Ideally, you are knowledgeable in REFA and/or MTM / STV methodology as well as labour, time and lean management
• You think conceptually, analytically and solution-oriented
• You demonstrate strong communication skills in German and English (C1 to native speakers only) in an international environment
