Job title of the line manager: Services Manager or Aircraft Operations Manager or Job Technical Manager Job title of the functional manager (if any): Responsibilities: To act as the key interface between production and stakeholders/points of contact on the issues of outstanding work.

  • Scope of activities
  • Perform some or all of the following activities:
  • Report on real-time progress of remaining work Challenge suppliers and/or partners to achieve OTD objectives Identify, analyze and anticipate critical points and alert if necessary Propose various scenarios to the production group to resolve these critical points Prepare and lead operational reviews Act as the interface (monitoring and follow-up) between production and external stakeholders/points of contact Anticipate and check the requirements if necessary before production launch of the file Support preparation of the files, if necessary Activities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
