About this role
TRSS are seeking a dynamic professional to take on a pivotal role within our organisation.
The role holder will have full responsibility for the finance function, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory reporting and filing requirements of the Company are met.
The successful candidate will represent the Company as appropriate, interacting and communicating effectively with the Board of Directors, business partners, managers across the organisation, and meeting the reporting requirements and control standards of our shareholders.
The jobholder will establish and maintain procedures that uphold high governance standards, safeguard the Company’s existing investments, and rigorously assess the financial risks and rewards of potential new investments.
