Four Stars Nissan is looking for a Desk Manager to help lead us to the next level.
The Opportunity
-Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000+

Who We’re Looking For
This role is not for someone who just wants to sit behind a desk.
We’re looking for a servant leader with:
Strong character and ethics (non-negotiable)
Urgency and drive — in the office early every day with a plan
Comfort making 50–60 calls a day personally
Willingness to get in front of customers, take turns, and close deals
Ability to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activity
A proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and execution
Nissan experience is a big plus, but we’re ultimately looking for the right person, not just the right résumé.

What you'll do
