Tasks:
- Organize, conduct and monitor vocational trainings
- Technically and disciplinary supervise apprentice students
- Mentoring of mid/final year exams and final projects
- Assure the compliance with process and procedures instructions
- Maintain contact with educational organizations
- Administrates all the activities in the apprentice department
Profile:
- Minimum secondary education in technical field, preferable university degree in a field of Electrical/Mechanical studies
- Work experience of 2-3 years in field of mechatronics, Pneumatic, Hydraulics.
- Knowledge of training methodology
- Ability to teach, share knowledge and experience to high school population category
- Competences required: Willingness to learn, Personal initiative, Flexibility, Presentation skills, Teamwork, Analytical skills, Leadership
- Knowledge of English language and MS Office package.
