About this role

We’re looking for a Technical Product Management Engineer (TPM) to strengthen our growing

department. In this role, you’ll work with DRÄXLMAIER’s internal systems to create technical

documents, Bills of Material (BOM), and precise 1:1 harness drawings

Onboarding program at DRÄXLMAIER (4-6 months):

  • Full time DRÄXLMAIER’s application systems training depending on your specific roles (4 months).Training location: DAV Plant (Tam Ky)
  • OEM knowledge ramp-up to understand about specific customer specification, working process and technical standard (2 months)

 

Objective of Job

  • After completing our onboarding program, you’ll take ownership of projects for premium automotive brands. Your focus: creating production documents and driving key activities throughout the project cycle, especially in the CKD business field

 

Principle Activities

Key responsibilities include:

TEAV role: Technical Elaboration and BOM creation (HPM/HPE)

  • Create and manage production documents, rework documents, documents for test station programmer
  • Implement changes (AEM, FAX, Telecopy) from customer notifications or optimization  from production requests
  • Implement work sequences and operations according to instructions, taking into account known production processes and time data for variants harness according to productiontechnical and economic knowledge
  • Prepare working process and sequences - Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Creating and updating information (database, customer drawings) for generating internal documents

CAD role: 1-1 drawing creation (HFD – Harness Formboard Design)

  • Create and manage detailed 1:1 harness drawings based on customer drawings, using internal component database
  • Component analysis and symbol creating, generating tool list (BBSL)
  • Implement changes (AEM, FAX, Telecopy) from customer notifications or optimization from design review
  • Optimize the 1-1 drawings base on production request regarding ergonomic, productiontechnical and economic knowledge

Job requirements:

  • Professional/graduate education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial and System Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Control Engineering and Automation, Or similar major with basic electrical harness knowledge and appropriate technical knowhow

English Skill: English communication is required for the role (TOEIC 600+ or equivalent)

  • Work Experiences: Ideally already gained some practical experience in a technical field e.g. Internships during your studies or up to 3 years of professional experience
  • Location: Priority in Da Nang & Tam Ky/ Quang Nam
