About this role
Objetivo del Puesto.
Producir interiores siguiendo los procesos correspondientes, cumpliendo con los requerimientos del cliente, objetivos de producción y respetado los lineamientos de calidad.
Actividades principales
- Manejar material ( Vinil / piel) de acuerdo a especificaciones de instrucción de trabajo a fin de no ponerlo en riesgo.
- Realizar ajustes básicos de la maquina (Cambio de navaja, cambio de aguja, cambio de hilo, ajustes de tensión, pulir garfio)
- Realizar costura de complejidad básica, con enfoque estético, de acuerdo al número de parte (Release) , material ( piel / vinil) respetando las tolerancias y certificando el material
- Colocar cinta y verificar el correcto ruteo (si aplica)
- Asegurar la confiabilidad del proceso de costura ornamental/ funcional deteniendo la línea al tercer defecto y notificar al supervisor de producción, para la solución inmediata del problema.
- Cumplir con el correcto llenado de los formatos de mantenimiento preventivo, error proofing, liberación de primera pieza.
- Trabajar de acuerdo a las instrucciones establecidas y no se desvíen del estándar, evitando errores y alteraciones al proceso.
- Asegurar la calidad de cada pieza en su operación, haciendo la liberación de primera pieza, no recibir, no generar y no pasar defectos a la siguiente operación / proceso.
- Informar al líder o supervisor eventos que interrumpan o generen algún defecto en su proceso
- Seguir todos los lineamientos de seguridad establecidos en la planta para no cometer actos inseguros.
Requisitos del puesto
Escolaridad: Secundaria Terminada
Conocimientos técnicos
- Operaciones matemáticas básicas.
- Requisitos específicos del cliente.
