About this role
In order to support the Solution Supply Chain Management department in our Regional IT Center in Timisoara, we are looking for a SAP Production Planning Consultant who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.

Tasks:
- Analyses problems and assists in finding solutions in the area of problem management;
- Provides second level incident support for SAP PP- Business and SAP MM (material planning).
- Assists in correcting system defects or deficiencies by performing customization in SAP within the limits of a defined global system template (DGT) or as required;
- Provides user support (e.g. through training, user administration, etc.);
- Cooperate in requests for IT service requirements;
- Development of optimization proposals as well as implementation of derived measures based on the faults encountered (e.g. identification of training needs, bug fixes, process changes, etc.);
- Implementation and management of partial applications/modules in the SAP PP sub-process element area;
- Assists in creating and documenting new requirements specifications and creates functional specifications;
- Tests and documents SAP PP/MM modules worldwide in cooperation with internal customers and the software development department;
- Cooperate in defining black box testing conditions for a business sub-process element in cooperation with the process consultant for the SAP PP/MM business process, as well as cooperate in performing black box testing and document the selected sub-processes and sub-process elements.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree within IT or Business Informatics preferred;
- Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in SAP PP;
- Good understanding and experience with supply chain management (SCM) and SAP-based production processes;
- Knowledge of interfaces from PP module to MM and SD for all integrated processes;
- Experience with SAP technology such as IDOC interface, background jobs;
- Good SAP PP/MM customization skills;
- Experience with SAP implementations (requirements management, business plans, trainings, releases and customization);
- Advanced knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of German is a plus.
