About this role
In order to support the Production Department at our plant in Kumanovo, we are searching for highly motivated professionals who are ready to face the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Tasks:
- Supports the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group
- Organizes the production stream in collaboration with Management
- Continuously tracks the list with mistakes made by personnel, calculates PPM, production efficiency and the diagram of quality for the delivered product
- Plans and administers the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
- Cooperates in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor
- Provides technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her as well as make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
Profile:
- Bachelor degree – Technical area preferred
- Professional experience minimum 3 years in production or automotive industry
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, comprehension of German language will be considered as advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Package
- FMEA knowledge
