About this role
Objetivo del Puesto:
Realizar actividades administrativas para el departamento de Compras en óptimas condiciones.
Actividades principales:
- Elaboración y procesamiento de solicitudes de cotización de materias primas/materiales necesarios para modificaciones/ajustes aplicados a los equipos necesarios para la producción.
- Verificación de ofertas de precios de acuerdo con los requisitos de RFQ.
- Comprobación y aclaración de diferencias de precios en facturas con proveedores.
- Creación y cumplimentación de matrices para comparación de precios (PVM).
- Brinda apoyo en la identificación de proveedores alternativos (en colaboración con el departamento de Logística) en situaciones donde los actuales no tienen stock de los materiales necesarios para la producción y/o el tiempo de entrega es largo.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Título Universitario en Negocios, ingeniería, Finanzas, Cadena de Abastecimientos o Compras.
- Experiencia relacionada menor a dos años.
- Conocimientos tecnicos en procesos de compras.
- Dominio de MS Office y SAP.
- Inglés Avanzado.
