About this role

Objetivo del Puesto:

Controlar y garantizar disponibilidad de inventario físico de empaque retornable de Logística en Planta a través del sistema BISS, reparación y disposición del empaque dañado en serie ó al finalizar el proyecto. Actualizar la documentación de proceso como Instrucciones de trabajo, manuales ó bases de datos."Master de empaque y coordina actividades de Transportes para ingreso de Materias Primas y de Empaque.

Actividades principales:

  • Apoya otras unidades de gestión de las tareas de la empresa a gran escala.
  • Controla dirariamente el nivel de inventarios de retornable en la planta, cada número de parte e identifica posibles criticos, realizando análisis del material en transito a F8, el disponible en planta
  • Coordina que para todos los empaques de cliente el 50% de material dañado sea pagado por DRAEXLMAIER Group  y el otro 50% sea pagado por cliente.
  • Comunica oportunamamente al departamento de Ingeniería de Empaque Logística la cantidad de material dañado para que se requiera la orden de compra a cliente.  
  • Realizar las cotizaciones y carros de compras para la compostura de los retornables con los proveedores aprobados y con el catalogo de daños  proporcionado por Ingeniería de Empaque Logística.     

 

Requisitos del puesto:

Ingeniero industrial o relacionadas

Manejo de herramientas de calidad

Conocimientos en cadena de suministros

Residencia en Nindiri,Masaya o Granada
