Ihre Aufgaben
- Erfassen, Verbuchen und Pflegen von Warenbewegungen im Materialwirtschaftssystem (z.B. Ein-/Auslagerungen, Liefer- und Begleitdokumente)
- Erstellen, Zusammenstellen und Prüfen von Transport- und Versanddokumenten, einschließlich Warenbegleitscheinen, Gefahrgutunterlagen und Zollpapieren
- Koordination des Be- und Entladeprozesses sowie Abstimmung von Transportreihenfolgen
- Agieren als Schnittstelle zu operativen Abteilungen (z.B. Transportplanung)
- Prüfen transportgerechter Verpackungen nach Richtlinien und ggf. Einleiten von Maßnahmen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Materialwirtschaft
- Erfahrung im Lagerumfeld oder in der Logistik wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Staplerschein von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit (Früh- bzw. Spätschicht)

What you'll do
- The role involves recording, booking, and maintaining goods movements in the material management system, as well as creating and checking transport and shipping documents. Additionally, the position requires coordination of loading and unloading processes and acting as a liaison with operational departments.
