About this role
Join our Solution Supply Chain Management (SCM) team and play a key role in shaping future-ready, IT-supported business sub‑processes within the Master Data (MD) domain. You ensure that our global processes work seamlessly, efficiently, and in full alignment with the DRÄXLMAIER process landscape.
Mission:
- Design IT-supported sub‑process elements and translate business needs into clear software requirements
- Standardize and continuously develop our MD processes in collaboration with internal customers and process consultants
- Act as the key interface between business and software development
- Coordinate implementation, conduct black‑box tests, organize trainings for key users, support roll‑outs, and provide ongoing user support
- Manage work packages within IT service requests and IT projects
Profile:
- A university degree and 3–5 years of experience in IT within SCM: Master Data Logistics
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured, process-oriented mindset
- Experience in requirements engineering, business blueprints, trainings, roll-outs, and customization within SCM MD
- Solid knowledge of master data management & configuration
- Project management know‑how and excellent English (German is a plus)
- Key competencies: communication, flexibility, teamwork, customer orientation, initiative, negotiation skills, and intercultural awareness
