About this role
You will design and implement IT‑supported business sub‑process elements based on our DRX process map. Working closely with functional units and software development teams, you will translate business requirements into smart, scalable SAP GTS solutions that keep our global supply chain compliant and efficient.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal and external point of contact for SAP GTS and customs‑related topics
- Collaborate in cross‑functional working groups and act as the interface between business stakeholders and software development
- Support the optimization of internal standards and processes within your area of expertise
- Identify trends in customs and trade compliance to develop new concepts and propose actionable recommendations
- Lead conceptual work for several business sub‑process elements
- Create documentation, training materials, and internal publications
- Conduct training sessions for key users locally and internationally
- Recognize and address ongoing training needs within the organization
- Advise on requirements specifications and create functional specifications
- Ensure end‑to‑end supervision of process steps in your sub‑process area
- Conduct black‑box testing for SAP GTS sub‑process elements
- Support global rollouts of applications and modules in collaboration with internal customers and development teams
- Document sub‑processes and ensure smooth worldwide launches
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in finance, customs, and/or IT with strong SAP exposure
- A university degree in finance, customs, IT, or similar fields plus relevant experience
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP GTS / GTS4HANA
- Ideally experience with related SAP S/4HANA modules (eEWM, MM, SD, TM)
- Experience with administrative business processes
- Knowledge of SAP GTS domain controlling (requirements management, blueprints, training, rollouts)
- Customizing experience in SAP GTS Logistics
- Master data management and configuration expertise
- Excellent English
