About this role
You will take ownership of IT-supported controlling sub-processes and translate business requirements into robust, scalable SAP solutions.
Your key responsibilities:
- Designing and developing IT-supported business sub-processes based on the DRX process map, with a strong focus on SAP Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA, CO-PC, PS)
- Evaluating, selecting, and defining implementation approaches for complex process requirements
- Acting as a process interface between business stakeholders and software development teams
- Driving process standardization and continuous improvement across the DRÄXLMAIER Group
- Consulting internal customers on the further development and optimization of controlling processes
- Creating functional and requirements specifications for IT-supported business processes
- Defining and executing black-box test scenarios, supporting rollouts and global launches
- Ensuring process supervision and quality within SAP Controlling applications
- Supporting users through trainings, documentation, and day-to-day consulting
- Coordinating work packages within IT service requests and international IT projects
Your Profile:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–3 years of professional experience working with SAP PS / CO-PA / CO-PC / CO-OM
- Good knowledge of controlling processes, including requirements management, business blueprints, trainings, and rollouts
- Hands-on experience in SAP customization, master data management, and configuration
- Strong understanding of SAP module integration and workflow scenarios
- Experience with SAP integration into modules such as FI, PP, MM is a plus
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations
- Very good English skills; German is an advantage
