About this role
Objetivo del Puesto.
Producir partes espumadas siguiendo los procesos correspondientes, cumpliendo con los requerimientos del cliente, objetivos de producción y respetado los lineamientos de calidad
Actividades principales
- Colocar el sustrato en molde respetando los sensores de presencia y las luces indicadoras
- Conocer sobre la información en el display como el tiempo de curado
- Hacer cambio de tambo de desmoldante una vez que se acabe (NA LMI)
- Aplicar desmoldante al moldeo y colocar o-ring
- Sostener y presionar con fuerza el cabezal mientras se hace la inyección
- Revisar que no tenga hundimientos, falta o exceso de material
- Conocer sobre la importancia de las cantidades de isocianato y poliol en la mezcla
- Hacer limpieza de molde y de la pistola de desmoldante
- Conocer sobre el programa del cabezal a inyectar
- Movimiento del cabezal a la ubicación del molde a inyectar
- Cumplir con el correcto llenado de los formatos de mantenimiento preventivo, error proofing, liberación de primera pieza.
Requisitos del puesto
Escolaridad: Secundaria
Experiencia laboral
+2 años Conocimiento en procesos funcionales o de la de la gama de productos de interiores de la industria automotriz (técnicas, sistemas, proceso de fabricación)

- Norma IATF16949:2016

What you'll do
- The main responsibility is to produce foamed parts according to specified processes while meeting customer requirements and production objectives. This includes tasks such as placing substrates in molds, applying release agents, and ensuring quality standards are met.
