About this role

Căutăm un Customer Quality Specialist pentru departamentul de Customer Quality

Responsabilități:

  • Asigură conformitatea cu cerințele de calitate din  proiect;
  • Comunică cu clientul pentru a prezenta și clarifica procesul inițial de eșantionare și modificările din serie;
  • Comunică cu clientul pentru reclamațiile clienților;
  • Asigură detectarea din timp a punctelor slabe și a defectelor;
  • Implementează măsuri adecvate pentru a elimina defectele și punctele slabe și pentru a monitoriza eficacitatea acestora;
  • Optimizează permanent in sensul strategiei de 0 greșeli si pentru identificarea si aplicarea posibilităților de reducere a costurilor cu non-calitatea.

 

 

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • cunoștințe IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
  • Cunoștințe despre instrumentele de bază: (APQP, FMEA, PPAP / PPF)
  • Metodologie 8D / reclamații, instrumente Q7, SPC, cerințe specifice clienților, inspecții de recalificare, caracteristici speciale
  • Experiență intr-un domeniu similar;
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză – avansat; Germana – reprezintă un avantaj.
