We hope you will join us.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">Cypress Creek Solutions provides innovative operation &amp; maintenance solutions for a variety of asset owners and a diverse portfolio of utility-scale and distributed generation solar and storage projects. A wholly owned subsidiary of Cypress Creek Renewables, Cypress Creek Solutions conducts O&amp;M for over 4GW of solar and storage assets across more than 500 sites with a presence in 24 states for third-party asset owners and the Cypress Creek Renewables fleet.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal">CCR is seeking a highly motivated candidate with utility-scale solar experience to perform required preventative maintenance activities on solar PV systems. The Field Service Technician (Level 3) will also respond to corrective maintenance cases to troubleshoot, test, and repair PV systems ensuring they are following safe practices while working</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; </span></span>Conducting on-site routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting and repair of solar photovoltaic facilities</li> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; </span></span>DC and AC testing included but not limited to polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, communication, insulation resistance testing, I-V curve tracing</li> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;">&nbsp;</span>Maintaining the vehicle, tools, meters and truck stock</li> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;</span></span>Creating service reports and maintaining spare parts inventory</li> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;</span></span>Identify safety hazards and take appropriate action to remove or eliminate hazards</li> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp;</span></span>Create operability and major issue/downtime reports</li> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; Cypress is seeking an enthusiastic, self-starter to play an important role in a fast-growing solar development company.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Location:</strong> The role is remote with a home base in Fayetteville, NC, with the expectation of daily travel to project sites within the surrounding region. Regular in-person presence on site to required. Candidates must be comfortable with daily local travel and managing work both in the field and remote.&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Location (if traveling):</strong> This is a 100% travel-based role. The individual in this role will be deployed to project sites based on business and project needs.
